Shipping & Delivery Policy

OpalArc delivers within South Africa only.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on all orders within South Africa. There is no minimum order value.

Delivery times

Orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days after we confirm your payment. These are estimates, not guarantees. Courier capacity, remote areas, public holidays, bad weather or other things outside our control can cause delays.

Courier and tracking

We currently ship with Aramex. When tracking is available, we'll send your tracking details to the contact details on your order.

Your delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before you pay. If you need to change it, email us at dupisanicarlo@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes once your order has been packed or handed to the courier.

Problems with your delivery

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or wrong, let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label if relevant. This helps us sort it out quickly and doesn't limit any rights you have under the law.
